General

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly effective, results-driven people to work in our warehouse, transport, technical services and office departments, as well as managers at various levels, who are keen to help us supply Austria with the everyday essentials. That’s because nothing works without us and nor does it work without you.

Are the online job adverts still current?

Yes, all job adverts that are listed on our career page https://rewe-group.jobs/jobs are still being actively recruited for. As soon as a position is filled, the job advert is deactivated and no longer appears on the career platform.

Can I apply for several jobs at once?

Of course! If you find several suitable jobs advertised in our job portal, you can apply to each of them individually. We’ll check your suitability for each position separately.

I don’t come from Austria. What residence status do I need?

No matter where you come from – we look forward to working with you and welcoming you into our diverse team. You can find detailed information about employment in Austria here: https://www.arbeiterkammer.at/beratung/arbeitundrecht/auslaendischearbeitnehmerInnen/Beschaeftigung_in_Oesterreich.html

How well do I need to speak German?

That depends on the position. Truck drivers have to be able to hold relatively lengthy conversations in German as the job involves a lot of customer contact. Order pickers, on the other hand, only need a basic knowledge of German. The important thing is the ability to understand the instructions you are given. Whatever your language skills, our teams always pull together to ensure we all understand each other.

You can find general tips on making an application and information about our application process via the following link: https://rewe-group.jobs/info-lounge/bewerbungsprozess/

How do I find the Süd / Nord / Ost check-in points in Wiener Neudorf?

As the site is so large, it can be difficult to find your way around at first. This may mean it takes you a few attempts to reach your destination. Added to that, many navigational devices don’t recognise the street numbers on the industrial estate. Enter the following coordinates into your navigational device to help you find the right check-in point: • REWE Nord (main entrance, north): 48.075706, 16.329014 • REWE Süd (check-in point, south): 48.073412, 16.326315 • REWE Ost (check-in point, east): 48.072228, 16.331824
